12-Month Money-Back Guarantee

You see your animal in your unit, or you get your money back. The guarantee covers the full 12 months of your Data Pack access, starting the day you purchase.

To request a refund, email us at info@datahuntguide.com with your order number (or other proof of purchase) and the unit you hunted.

Changed your mind before your hunt? You can also request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no hunt required.

If your refund is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

Bought the wrong unit or species? Email us and we'll swap your Data Pack for the one you need. Every Data Pack is digital, so there is nothing to ship back.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. This is in addition to our 12-month guarantee.

Refunds

We'll confirm by email once we've reviewed your request and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
