Official Rules — Data Hunt Guide 2026–2027 $3,000 Trophy Bounties Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Please read these Official Rules (the “Rules”) carefully. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Data Hunt Guide, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Apple, Google, OnX, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 10, 2026, and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (Arizona) on January 31, 2027 (the “Entry Deadline”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. No purchase or payment is necessary for either method.

Method A — Trophy Bounties Video Submission

Submit a qualifying hunt video through your Data Hunt Guide account at datahuntguide.com/trophy-bounties during the Sweepstakes Period. Each approved submission earns entries into the Grand Prize drawing based on its category:

Kill Cam — up to twenty-five (25) entries
In-Field — up to five (5) entries
Review — one (1) entry

The number of entries awarded for each approved submission is determined by Sponsor at the time of approval. Submissions must meet the posted requirements for their category and must be approved by Sponsor to be eligible. Submitting a video is free; a Data Hunt Guide account is free to create and no purchase is required.

Method B — Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without submitting a video, choose either option below. Each valid AMOE entry earns one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Online: Complete the free entry form at datahuntguide.com/trophy-bounties/amoe.
By Mail: Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “Data Hunt Guide 2026–2027 Sweepstakes” on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Data Hunt Guide — AMOE, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Entry Deadline and received within seven (7) days after the Entry Deadline.

Limit: one (1) AMOE entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, or that do not comply with these Rules will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received across both entry methods. The drawing will be conducted on or about February 1, 2027 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: $3,000 (USD), awarded by the winner’s preferred payment method (check, ACH bank transfer, or similar). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000. No cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. All taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry, within seven (7) days after the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permitted) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, hometown, statements, and any submitted video or photo for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at datahuntguide.com/policies/privacy-policy.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Data Hunt Guide — Winner List, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, within sixty (60) days after the drawing.
